Deanna – Restless

“After having experienced many things in our home of two years, I finally had to make the decision to call
in professional help to try and answer our questions once and for all. While I always have had an interest
in the world of the paranormal, this was our first experience in actually telling someone outside the
family what was going on, but also in then trying to find the right people to help us. I looked at a few
groups that were local to Minnesota, but Odyssey stood out to me the most. Not only did they have a
very professional website but in reading their case studies and the positive testimonials thereafter, I just
had a good feeling about them from then, up until the very first timely response I received from Mike
himself. Although I still didn’t know what to really expect going forward, I had nothing but positive
support and guidance from that moment on. 

I contacted them via their website and was impressed with the quick and thorough response I received
from Mike, as he not only answered my questions but asked pertinent questions as well, in order to best
understand our experiences, and quell much of my anxiety. While we had been experiencing many
different things in the past, after I reached out to Mike and his team the activity went to an even higher
level, so we eagerly awaited their arrival the following weekend. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a
very professional, well organized group, who made us feel at ease as we gave them a tour, telling them
of our experiences. Both my fiancé and I drove away that evening, heading for the hotel, thinking how
comfortable we both felt leaving our house for the night in the care of people we had just met, not
worried about a thing! From the first meeting, to my returning to the house to take part in the
investigation, seeing how well they work together as a team, and knowing they truly were looking to try
and help us, the experience exceeded any expectations I could have possibly had.

Each and every one of them brought their own expertise into the investigation, and while only Mike and
Josie returned for our reveal, I could feel all their experience and insight in how the evidence was
explained to us. They took their time in showing us their findings they found were support of the
paranormal, as well as showing proof to explain those that were not, and did so in a caring and
professional way, that left us feeling positive and relieved. They also took time to explain what they did
throughout the investigation, as well as steps they took, explaining each part and showing us their
findings. They listened to all our questions, and answered them thoroughly, letting us know that they
are just a phone call away if we ever need them. Mike even let us know that we have at least two
intelligent spirits living in the home with us, but that they pose no problem, and we can live together
peacefully. We truly appreciated both Mike and Josie’s honest and straight-forward approach, as well as
their engaging and jovial natures, that definitely show the people behind the company … they are
friends, here to help! 

In closing, we cannot thank all of them enough for helping us, as the home has felt lighter and clearer
since they were here. While we still have some light occurrence of activity, they have made a world of
